After graduating from MSU, and getting married, I began my career as a Kindergarten teacher… until I had my 3 sons, Sam 20, Jake 18, Ben 16. After baby number 3, I was fortunate to be able to stay home and raise my boys. I was so blessed to just be able to do all the things with them and for them. I always kept myself busy doing things on the side. At one time, selling personalized jewelry was a fun little side job. I volunteered so much at the kids elementary school that I started substitute teaching there… and then also was a substitute teacher at their high school. I was so blessed to have that opportunity, and still find time to do that. I liked being busy and productive. I started selling some Lululemon that I wasn’t wearing anymore on local mom selling groups. People started asking me to sell theirs. Since that was selling well, they started asking if other things would sell. My house soon became filled with other peoples items. It became overwhelming since I did not have the space to store it all…so about 7 years ago I rented an office space and and started selling items from my showroom and on my instagram platform…and Christina’s Consignments was born. If I am not at my shop… I am on a golf course somewhere watching my boys play golf.
